 - you have expressly given your consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. a DSGVO, - the transfer in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims and there is no reason to assume that you have an overriding interest worthy of protection in not transferring your data, - for the transfer in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO a legal obligation exists, and - this is permitted by law and is necessary for the processing of contractual relationships with you according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO.
 
 
In addition, we make use of external service providers for the technical and organisational processing. These are, for example, service providers for web hosting and for the maintenance and servicing of our IT systems. The service providers have been carefully selected by us and written contracts have been concluded with them for order data processing.
 
 
5 Rights of data subjects You have the following rights towards us regarding the personal data concerning you:

(1) Right to information In accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO, you have the right to request information from us at any time about your personal data processed by us. In particular, you may request information about 
 - the purposes of the processing, - the categories of personal data processed, - the recipients or categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, - the intended storage period or, if this information cannot be provided, the criteria for determining the duration, - the existence of a right of rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or opposition, - the existence of a right of appeal, 
- the origin of your personal data, if not collected by us, - the existence of automated decision making, including profiling and, where applicable, meaningful information about the logic and scope involved and the impact of such processing on you. 
 
You also have the right to request information as to whether your personal data is being transferred to a third country or international organisation and to be informed of any appropriate guarantees in this respect in accordance with Art. 46 DSGVO.     (2) Right of rectification or completion Pursuant to Art. 16 DSGVO, you have the right to request without delay the rectification or completion of your personal data held by us.
 
(3) Right to deletion Pursuant to Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand the immediate deletion of your personal data stored by us. Once you have exercised this right, we are obliged to delete your personal data, unless we are legally obliged or entitled to process your personal data further.
 
(4) Right to restrict processing Pursuant to Art. 18 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that the processing of your personal data be restricted, provided that 
 - the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, - the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it, - we no longer need the data for the purposes of the processing, but you need it for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims, - or you have lodged an objection to the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO and it has not yet been established whether our legitimate interests outweigh the data processing.
 
(5) Right to data transfer Pursuant to Art. 20 DSGVO, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you which you have provided to us in a structured, common and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of such data to another responsible party.
 
 
6. the right to object to the processing of your data
 
(1) Pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 sentence 1 DPA, you have the right to object at any time, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you that is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. e or f DPA; this also applies to profiling based on these provisions. If you have objected to this data processing, we will no longer process the personal data concerning you unless we can prove compelling reasons for processing that are worthy of protection and outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or unless the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
 (2) If we process your personal data in order to carry out direct advertising, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of such advertising, in accordance with Art. 21 para. 2 DSGVO; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is connected with such direct advertising. If you have lodged an objection, we will no longer process the personal data concerning you for these purposes.

7. right to withdraw your consent
 
If you have given your consent to process your data, you can revoke it at any time. Revocation of the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.
 
 
8. right of complaint
 
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy provided for in Art. 77 DPA, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are resident, your place of work or the place where the alleged infringement occurred, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the DPA.
